Hole Punching – Part Shearing – Notching
Hole Punching Dies
Manufactured to your hole-making requirements for steel, aluminum or composites. Combinations of round and shaped holes in straight-line or cluster patterns. For quotation provide hole sizes, material type/thickness and press info. Part gauging available.
Corner, Edge & Vee Notching Dies
90-degree corners, vee and edge notching. Other angles, corner radii and custom notch dies available. For prompt quotation provide a dimensional drawing plus material type/thickness.
Shearing Dies
Two-post flat stock shearing dies for material up to 1/4 in mild steel and shear width up to 20 in. Angle iron shearing to 2 x 2 x 1/4 in angle.
Mandrel & Block Tube Punching
Deformation-free single or multiple-hole mandrel dies for tube & pipe. Two-sided block dies for round or square tube — top block to ram, bottom to bed. Provide tube size, wall thickness and hole sizes.
Custom Punching & Notching
Holes in aluminum extrusion, roll-formed or brake-formed parts. Custom notch configurations — send part drawings for review.
